Dear All,

I am a PhD candidate working on the biocatalysis part of the COBICAT project, where we are trying to produce aviation fuels from renewable sources. I got both a bachelor's and a master's degree in biotechnology from the Wageningen University and I specialised in bioprocess design with an interest in biocatalysis, synthetic biology and biorefinery. My last two projects were my thesis and internship titled "Optimisation of continuous cholesterol production in Nannochloropsis oceanica, through RSM" and "Bioprospecting for renewable alternative sources to be applied in retanning agent production", respectively.
